Mr. Michael Galligan was originally hired as a 7th grade teacher. He is now a class advisor and teacher for the 8th grade where he currently teaches social studies, math, and literature. He is a co-advisor of the Earth Club. He has also coached the girl's varsity basketball team and the girl's soccer team. 

      Mr. Galligan went to Norwich Free Academy and Providence College where he earned a BA in political science with a minor in history. He has earned a MA degree in education and a Connecticut Intermediate Administrator's Certificate through Sacred Heart University. 

     In his free time, Mr. Galligan enjoys playing sports, camping, and working at Big Y.
