I heard voices below. Mr. Fox gave us
various foods. Grandma fixed my vanity.
¶
I loved to mix by the stove. Rex
asked for sixteen as well. Explain it very well, please.
The value was in an ice box. Val, I
weeded the flower boxes. Hooray for the Red Sox.

Skill Check:
Grandma
I visited Grandma every summer. She lived on an old farm. My room was over the kitchen. There was a pine box by my bed.
I was never anxious for bedtime. I loved to sit by the stovepipe. I heard comforting voices below. My voice was very silent.
Mr. Fox gave us various foods. Grandma sold eggs in exchange. The milk was in an ice box. Everything was most excellent.
The garden had various blossoms. Grandma liked mauve phlox best. For her, I weeded the garden. Grandma fixed my vanity.

Skill Check: Alexis
and Taxes
Six axes were sent to
Alexis. Rex asked for sixteen as
well. Taxes on axes are vexing. Taxes on axes should be axed.
Rex sent us a fax about
taxes. The tax rate for the next six
years is to slowly decrease. We are in a
fix about the exact tax owed.
Alex has six guests coming
for a relaxing dinner. He has waxed the
floor and mixed the salad. It is nearly
six now. A taxi has pulled up to the
exit.
We have dined exactly sixteen
times. It is your turn next. It is vexing to fix a date at the very last
minute. My fax this evening should relax
your mind.
Vivian fixed a lovely dinner
for everyone. I love the vivid colors in
her home. She and Max are excellent
hosts. It was very relaxing to be there.
Max coaxed us to stay. He wanted to explain the new taxes. We wanted to leave at eleven in a taxi, but
Max drove us home.
Kevin and Alexis live near
Box Grove Arena. They have six sheets of
ice for a variety of activities. We all
love to ice skate.
I meet them every week. We have to be there before five, even though
the rink is not available until six.
Many come by taxi as there is very little space.
Several of our very close
friends were invited to join the mix.
Some faxed their regrets, others were lax and did not reply. That was most vexing.
