Helping Hands Program: Provides
financial assistance to families with children in Chaplin, Hampton, and
Scotland Elementary Schools, as well as Parish Hill High School Infoline:
Provides crisis assistance and referral information for all
Connecticut-based human services agencies.
United
Services: Provides outpatient psychotherapy services for
children and adults. Provides 24-hour emergency services and mobile crisis
response services to children and adults. Provides several other clinical
and continuing care services, as well as prevention and community
intervention services.
Natchaug
Hospital: Provides a system of care for children,
adolescents, and adults with mental illness, emotional trauma, substance
abuse, and behavioral health problems.
The Psychological Services Clinic: Offers
assessment and treatment of a variety of mental health issues for
children, adolescents, adults, and families. The clinic is a Training
Clinic for the Ph.D. program in Clinical Psychology, at the University of
Connecticut. Services are provided on a sliding fee scale. People are not
turned away due to financial limitations. Many people only pay a small
fee. |
